Choosing new glasses

The test is over. You’ve answered all the questions. Lenses have been discussed and decided on and now the fun part…choosing your new frames.

This is very easy for some people..

”I’ll just have another pair like these” or “ the same as these but in black.”

But most people do want something different.

They may have had their current specs for 2 years or more and fancy a change or they may want a second pair that is totally different.

You may have a definite idea of what you want (or definitely don’t want.)  This helps but can sometimes stop you from trying something different.

If it all seems very confusing what follows is a guide to choosing your next pair taking into account your face shape and colouring.

Remember we are always there to help and advise you and it doesn’t matter how long it takes you to choose.  Sometimes people need several visits to decide but that’s fine with us. We want you to be happy with your choice. We will never persuade you to have something that doesn’t suit you and are always honest about what they look like on you.

The type of lenses you are having will also play a part in the choice and we will always bear this in mind so you don’t end up with unsuitable frames.  We can also take a picture of you to help you to see what they look like.

And remember……

“fashions  fade, style is eternal.”
